Ross Barall is a successful entrepreneur who has launched and managed several businesses. He currently owns Insulation Plus of Tampa. In managing the Florida company, Ross Barall is responsible for coordinating sales and marketing. Today, Insulation Plus of Tampa is one of the largest independently owned companies of its kind in the Tampa and Sarasota areas.

Between 2012 and 2018, Mr. Barall owned REB Sales and Merchandising, a retail products store also based in Tampa. There, he was responsible for ordering goods, sourcing retail product venues, and handling marketing.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Barall owned Allstar Apt. Movers, a Phoenix, Arizona-based company that he started from scratch. He was in charge of marketing, taking incoming calls, and selling over the phone. After operating for only three years, the company, at its prime, was one of the largest independent moving enterprises in Arizona. He sold it after three years.

Ross Barall, whose entrepreneurial journey began decades ago when he started a pizza company as a teenager in Connecticut, is still looking at new ventures. He is now considering involvement in the construction industry as a home builder.
